Shipping Timing

We do our best to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. If you need your goodies to arrive by a specific date, we recommend selecting a delivery date 1 to 2 days in advance to account for any unexpected delays.

While we aim to get your treats to you on your selected date, please note that mail carriers may experience delays due to weather or operational issues. For example, a Friday delivery may occasionally be delayed until Monday.

During national and peak holidays, we recommend selecting a delivery date 2 to 3 days before your desired date to ensure your package arrives in time for your celebration.

Where do you deliver?

We ship our goodies across the United States!

We do our best to deliver orders as requested, but the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays. We recommend selecting a date 1-2 days in advance if you'd like delivery by a specific date.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes. If the only valid address available is a PO box, you’ll need to provide the street address of that post office.

Do you require a signature for deliveries?

We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available for the delivery. It is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver whether your package will be left, require a signature, or be redirected for pick up.

We do not require signatures for deliveries, and Gardella's Goodies cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard Ground Advantage shipping for $5.99 (estimated 3 to 5 business days).

Need your goodies faster? We also offer Priority Mail Express for $34.99 (estimated 1 to 2 business days).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

What's the best way to ensure my order arrives on a specific date?

When placing your order, you’ll have the option to request a specific delivery date in the shopping cart. We’ll ship your goodies accordingly to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Please note that you must select a delivery date at least 7 days in advance.

For orders throughout the year, we recommend selecting a delivery date 1 to 2 days before your desired date to account for any unexpected delays. During peak holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, we encourage selecting a date 2 to 3 days in advance to ensure your package arrives on time for the celebration.

What happens if my order is damaged or lost?

At Gardella’s Goodies, we’re all about spreading joy — and that includes making sure your treats arrive safely and in perfect condition. We’ve taken great care to package and ship your goodies securely, but we understand that things can happen once a package is in transit.

While we aren’t responsible for lost or damaged packages after they leave our hands, we know how disappointing it is when something goes wrong. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us at hello@gardellasgoodies.com. We’d love to hear from you, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Refunds and replacements are offered at our discretion, but we’ll always do what we can to ensure you have a sweet experience with us.

Do you offer local delivery or order pick-ups?

Yes! For large parties or special events, we deliver goodies within the Finger Lakes region. To learn more, please visit here.

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

No worries — we’ve got you covered! If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please contact us at orders@gardellasgoodies.com as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address and make sure your goodies are sent to the right place. If your order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to the mail carrier directly to see if they can reroute the package.

Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we’re limited in what we can do, but we’ll do our best to help make things right!
